These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and VORLUX Digital Inc. ("VORLUX," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of vorlux.com and all associated digital products, services, content, and platforms (collectively, "Services").
By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By accessing VORLUX, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
VORLUX sells digital products including but not limited to: PDF documents, Notion templates, video courses, audio programs, workbooks, spreadsheet templates, SaaS tool access, prompt libraries, and bundled digital packages. All products are non-physical digital goods delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, VORLUX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable personal license to access and use the purchased product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
This license expressly excludes:
"Lifetime access" means access for the operational lifetime of the product on the VORLUX platform. VORLUX will provide a minimum of 5 years of access from date of purchase. If a product is discontinued, customers will be notified 90 days in advance with download rights provided.
All prices are displayed in USD unless you have selected an alternative currency. Prices are subject to applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. VORLUX does not store, process, or have access to your complete payment card information.
For subscription products, you authorize VORLUX to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at purchase. You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@vorlux.com.
Digital products are delivered automatically upon payment confirmation, typically within 2–5 minutes via a secure email to the address provided at checkout. The email will contain your unique access link, any required credentials, and download instructions.
If you have not received access within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact support@vorlux.com with your order number. VORLUX is not responsible for delivery failures caused by invalid email addresses provided at checkout.
All content, products, frameworks, methodologies, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials available through VORLUX are the exclusive intellectual property of VORLUX Digital Inc. and/or our licensed content creators and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The VORLUX name, logo, and the names of all divisions and products are registered or common-law trademarks of VORLUX Digital Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
Your purchase grants you a use license only — no intellectual property rights are transferred to you by any VORLUX transaction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VORLUX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORLUX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VORLUX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VORLUX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VORLUX Digital Inc., its officers, directors, authors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) your content or conduct.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@vorlux.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted remotely or in Wilmington, Delaware.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with VORLUX only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
EU/UK Exception: Customers in the EU may bring claims before the courts of their country of residence or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
VORLUX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused months if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase or annual renewal. Contact support for calculation.
Eligible for a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the first live session. After the first session begins, a 50% partial refund is available within 14 days. No refunds after day 14.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible under our standard guarantee. Exceptions may be considered for extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.
Customers who have received refunds on 2 or more previous VORLUX purchases are not eligible for additional refunds. We reserve the right to deny refunds where abuse of the guarantee is evident.
Customers found to have violated our Terms of Service (including unauthorized redistribution) forfeit all refund rights and may be subject to legal action.
Bespoke projects, custom SaaS implementations, or enterprise consulting packages operate under separate agreements with their own refund terms negotiated at time of contract.

You will receive a confirmation email from VORLUX when the refund has been submitted. If you have not seen the credit after 14 business days, contact your bank and then reach out to us.
You may cancel any VORLUX subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@vorlux.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access through the end of your current paid period.
Important: Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are owed a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request separately per Section 4 above.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both parties time and money and create a negative record with payment processors.
